But, as their digest system develops, they need something more viscous and solid. Taking a soft meal in good texture is needed to adjust with the stage of how mature the system very required. Basically, after completing milk period, mom can teach their babies to take watery fruits such as papaya, melon, or avocado that blended into a smooth texture. As the time flies, they can change the texture not as smooth as before. After one year, a toddler can take the same menu with adults. But, it important to select food additives for kids. Rather than using sweetener agent or anything else, it is better to take real sugar and salt onto menus.
